Spherical Al₂O₃
Product Overview
Spherical alumina (Al₂O₃) is TTC Advanced Materials’ flagship product.
Manufactured through a thermal plasma spheroidization process, it features high sphericity, excellent packing density, and high thermal conductivity for advanced semiconductor packaging applications.
It is available in two grades: a Low-Alpha Grade for alpha-sensitive semiconductor applications and a Non-Low (99.99%, 4N) Grade for applications requiring high purity and low ionic contamination.
