Spherical BN

Boron nitride (BN) combines excellent thermal conductivity with a low dielectric constant, making it a promising material for next-generation thermal management and low-dielectric applications.

Commercially available BN is generally supplied as plate-like particles or as agglomerates composed of platelets. However, true single-particle spherical BN remains technically challenging to realize.

TTC Advanced Materials is conducting fundamental process research to develop single-particle spherical BN using thermal plasma technology, with the goal of mid- to long-term commercialization.
